Smoked сheese "Kosichka" - figured fibrous brine cheese, is made from fresh cow pasteurized milk with low fat content. It is a natural product, without preservatives, rich in calcium and protein, made according to the traditional recipe of our ancestors.
Сheese mass are manually stretched in the form of long threads. The  threads are placed in brine and kept for the required time. After that, threads are braided and sent to the smoking chamber.
The energy value of one hundred grams of cheese is 227 kcal, fat content 22,1 g.
Expiry date 180 days from the date of production. Before and after opening the package, store at temperatures from +2 to +25 С and relative humidity up to 85%.
