You might need: food termometer, cheese mold.
All contents of the packet are stabilized for safe travel at any temperature. However, it is better to store it in the fridge after you receive it.

1) Кальций хлористый, пакет 2 г на 10 л молока (для внесения в молоко)
2) Закваска бактериальная (Str. Thermophilus), на 10 л молока
3) Фермент для свертывания молока, пакет 1 г
4) Ложка мерная 0,2 мл (для дозирования молокосвертывающего фермента).
К данному набору от вас может понадобиться термометр, форма для сыра, салфетка.
После получения товара, закваску хранить в холодильнике.
