Today it continues the tradition of handcrafting high quality, all natural pâté and charcuterie, offering a complete line of artisanal pâtés, mousses, terrines, sausages, smoked meats and other French specialties.

: This sliced French-style dry cured ham is made from the rear haunches of the pig, it is carefully cured over 14 months with just enough salt to preserve it while also allowing the meat to remain tender and sweet to the taste. (7 oz)

: This is Les Trois Petits Cochons' signature mousse. This luxurious mousse features the gem of French cuisine - black truffles. Made from pork and chicken liver and flavored with Pineau des Charentes and Sherry, this mousse has an unbelievably silky texture. ​Pair with a light-bodied white wine with citrus and tropical flavors or a full-bodied dry red wine with rustic and earthy tones.
