Want to install aftermarket amplifiers in your Premium Audio (7+ Speakers) Acura/Accord/Civic? Why attempt to correct the highly processed signal out of the factory amplifier, when the factory head unit already outputs a clean unprocessed signal. This harness will allow you to do so without using LOC (Line Out Converters) or without expensive units like the Audio Control LC7i or cutting into your factory wiring.
Get the Factory Amplifier Bypass harness to run Balanced-Differential outputs from factory premium head unit. Plug and play. This harness lets you run aftermarket amps from the factory head unit while keeping the stock look. Amplifiers must accept balanced differential inputs (JL, newer Kicker, newer Alpine, Rockford, etc.).
The factory head unit has a harness that connects to the factory amp. This harness is useless for any aftermarket amp, except as a signal source. The "Mercman Harness" just plugs into the factory harness in place of the amplifier and gives you RCA type connectors to run to your aftermarket amp. All while keeping your factory wiring intact, easily reversible.
The Harness is built to last. Every pin is individually isolated, Hot glue is applied to add strength and of course, heat shrink and zip tied for looks and to keep everything in place.
