Hall & Oates Abandoned Luncheonette SIGNED TILES from inside + 3 new albums LOT

The Holy Grail of Dana's collection are the tiles from the original Abandoned Luncheonette signed by both Daryl Hall and John Oates. The dates on back are when we believe he had them signed however, that is speculative. The owner of these great finds has passed away and the money earned is essentially his daughter's inheritance. I've included 3 unopened albums (The lower album has a bit of an opening on the top left album of the wrapper only) The picture of the two dining in the Abandoned Luncheonette was taken from a column written online for interior image only. I have no rights to the photograph of the couple and it is not included in the lot. Although there are a few folks out there that also have these tiles, I have not seen them for sale and we are going with the good faith estimate provided by a person who also has tiles and has tremendous understanding of all things Hall & Oates. As pictured there is a smudge on one of the tile signatures and tape measure in inches for reference. THANK YOU!
This item comes from the personal collection from a Colorado couple that were one of Hall and Oats biggest fans. Their lifelong journey took them to 100's of H & O concerts across the country, where they made connections with the entire band as well as with the fan base. Their love of music turned into a passion for collecting everything Hall and Oates. Many of the items were gifts from the band and autographed in person. Each item was lovingly displayed in their home.
