are accepted within 14 days of receipt of order. Sorry, but undergarments (i.e. hockey jocks) are not returnable items. Please return the product in its original, unused condition to Gateway Hardware, Inc, 150 Boston Road, Springfield, MA 01109. Please put a note in the box with full name and purchase date. Your refund will be less any shipping charges incurred by us at time of original shipment
