    Description

    This large Gouda mold is a professional, Dairythene plastic mold and is exceptionally heavy duty, with a curved base and a matching curved follower. It is equipped with reinforcing ribs to withstand high pressure, with a material thickness at the rim of 1/2" (12mm). The internal diameter is 6.3" (160mm) at the widest point with a height in excess of 7" (177mm).
    - Manufactured from special 'Dairythene' plastic for easy sterilization
    - The follower is slotted so that it can fit into the base of a second mold so that they can be stacked
    - Produces 6-8lb (3kg) of cheese
