    Description

    We supply a range of cheese molds that are all manufactured from special 'Dairythene' plastic for easy sterilization.
    This mold is drilled with numerous holes to allow the whey to escape. This particular mold has a weave pattern on the inside which gives the characteristic Manchego pattern and comes with a follower as standard.
    The mold is 140 diameter, with a height of 130mm and can make up to 1kg of cheese.
