    Description

    We supply a range of cheese molds that are all manufactured from special 'Dairythene' plastic for easy sterilization.
    This mold is drilled with numerous holes to allow the whey to escape and comes complete with a dished follower, curved, to make Gouda and other ball type cheeses.
    The mold is 128 diameter, with a height of 140mm and can make up to 1kg of cheese.
