Simply season your steak with Texas-Style Steak Seasoning and let it rest at room temperature for 1 hour to develop the flavor. For even bolder flavor, let the flavor develop in the refrigerator overnight. Then, sear the steaks quickly over an open flame or pan-fry them until they are cooked to the desired temperature. For a truly unique meal, combine this seasoning with fresh minced garlic to create your own spice rub for thicker cuts of beef like T-bone steaks and tenderloins.
Preparation instructions:
1. Sprinkle steaks generously with Bolner's Fiesta Brand Steak Seasoning.
2. Let steaks stand for 1 hour for flavor development and tenderization (maximum tenderization occurs when left refrigerated overnight).
