I have bought and sold many computers for our office and this MacBook Pro is in excellent condition, it has been very well maintained and cared for.
We purchased this computer for use in our office; for the majority of the time it was on a desk used by a software developer, plugged in. It is still under Apple Care + warranty until December 2022, and I have the original receipt and paperwork. The computer shows little signs of usage, and really is in clean, dent, and scratch free condition.
